Automation of content generation and AWS

Services such as AWS Organizations, Control Tower, CloudTrail, Config, Systems Manager, Amazon GuardDuty, and AWS Shield were activated, ensuring a solid and secure foundation for operating in the cloud.
The solution was complemented with 360 monitoring, advanced operational visibility and a service of premium technical support, with access in Spanish and English, 24×7 coverage for critical incidents, and SLAs defined by severity level. In addition, Vócali adopted the AWS reselling, facilitating billing in euros and simplifying the administrative management of the cloud environment.
