What challenge did the company face?

ASTIC needed to increase participation in competitive examinations by offering clear, visual, and personalized information based on data from previous processes.
Cloud migration
ASTIC faced the challenge of increasing participation in the competitive examinations for the State Administration's Higher Corps of Information Systems and Technologies.
They needed to offer applicants clear, accessible, and visually compelling information about historical data from recruitment processes, improving their experience and motivating them to apply.
The ability to analyze and display large volumes of data in a dynamic and personalized way was key.
In addition, the company needed to optimize the operating costs of its WordPress platform, reduce the complexity of technical management, and modernize the architecture to ensure continuity and future growth.
The company needed a modern, automated, and secure infrastructure capable of scaling efficiently and with a sustainable cost model, without compromising operational control.

  • Chatbot with Amazon Lex: Automated support to assign candidate profiles and redirect to QuickSight analysis pages, generating personalized responses.
  • Serverless processing with AWS Lambda and DynamoDB: efficient information management and automatic scalability.

Governance and security with AWS Organizations, Control Tower, GuardDuty, and CloudTrail: ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance.
