Apser has just received the Amazon EC2 for Windows Server seal from AWS , in recognition of the level of specialization and experience accumulated by its team of professionals in terms of migrating applications and environments based on Microsoft technology to the AWS cloud.

According to Eduardo Bayón (CTO of the company), “the large number of Spanish companies whose business IT is based on Microsoft technologies and that are undertaking migration projects to the AWS cloud more than justifies achieving this level of accreditation.”
According to a report published in August 2018 by IDC, 60% of all Windows instances deployed in the public cloud run on AWS. An additional 30% run on Microsoft's own cloud (Azure). The analysis firm also confirms the global trend of exponential growth in Microsoft workload migration initiatives from enterprises to the public cloud.
This milestone confirms the deep knowledge and application of best practices when implementing these types of solutions by the apser team of cloud experts, whose staff already has more than 20 accreditations and 21 official AWS certifications.
As Bayón points out, “we always look for cloud migration scenarios where infrastructure costs are obviously optimized, but at the same time licensing costs are also optimized, with the goal that customers only pay for the resources they need and enjoy scalable computing that can be scaled up or down, capable of adapting to the business demand at any given time.”
