apser presents its simulation games at bITa Center
The conference, held on March 6th in Madrid, featured prominent figures in the ITIL methodology, such as Jan Sonnenveld, International Director of ITSMF Benchmarking, and Jan Van Bon, a widely recognized author of numerous works on Service Management. They delivered presentations that encouraged attendees to continue deploying this type of management methodology in their companies to achieve complete alignment between IT and business , without compromising the highest quality of customer service. The event included several presentations by international experts covering a wide range of topics: ISO 20000, IT Corporate Governance, supplier management, the value of IT, demand management, ITIL V3, and management trends, as well as a roundtable discussion on the CIO's perspective. Some members of apser were able to observe from our booth the interest generated by the ITIL-based simulation games we are offering thanks to an agreement with the Dutch company Simagine, the creator of the simulations. In addition, for the second year in a row, bITa presented the award for the most innovative CIO of the year, which this time went to Outi Nystrom, Director of Organization and Systems at CIRSA.
