apser awarded by Amazon Web Services with the APN Rising Star Partner of the Year award for Iberia
With great excitement and pride we announce that we have been awarded by Amazon Web Services (AWS) with the award APN Rising Star Partner of the Year for Iberia. This recognition comes in a particularly complicated year in which, thanks to the coordinated efforts of our clients, our team of professionals and the AWS team, we have been able to respond quickly to the various challenges that have arisen. Without a doubt, this fact makes the award especially relevant.
Why apser?
Although we had already been working with AWS services since 2009, it was not until November 2017 that we decided to formalize our collaboration relationship with the world leader in the cloud. Almost two years later, after accrediting a successful track record consisting of more than 30 projects won, we managed to make the leap to AWS Advanced Consulting Partner.
During all this time, we became Public Sector Partners, which proves our ability to design and implement solutions and architectures aimed at this type of institutions, and partners of Immersion Day, which enables us to provide theoretical and practical training sessions on AWS services.
Recently, apser received the seal Amazon EC2 for Windows Server, which confirms its high level of specialization and experience in the migration of applications and environments based on Microsoft technology to the AWS cloud. Furthermore, throughout 2020, the company's position in the Startups segment has been consolidated. Miriam López, Partner Development Manager at AWS, states in this regard: “Their agile spirit makes them unique. apser has developed a specific offer for startups that supports them in migrating to AWS; the launch of this program allowed them to enter a new market segment, obtaining 7 startup references on AWS in less than a year.”
What does this award mean to the apser team?
Alejandro Casanovas, CEO of apser, points out that “it is an award that takes us a bit by surprise, undoubtedly due to the special situation caused by the lockdown and subsequent atypical work environment, but which at the same time rounds off a great year in terms of close collaboration with the AWS team. We must not forget that this award would not have been possible without the effort of the entire apser team who have played the score perfectly, and the enormous trust shown by our clients.
