- Naturgy, one of the most prominent companies in the energy sector, I trusted apser to Deploying Amazon Lex-based bots with the aim of addressing basic customer queries and managing more complex requests.
Additionally, bots were enriched with Lambda functions which eliminated the need to code business logic in workflows. AmazonConnectThis simplification has not only streamlined the process, but has also given the bots greater power and flexibility.
- For its part, the digital company roams, incorporated a conversational bot developed by apser to manage customer service. This bot integrates services such as Lambda, Lex and CloudWatch working in conjunction with custom development that connects call data to the client’s ERP. For this project, Amazon Connect was the key tool for interactions and data collection.
